The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes in to effect from 25 May 2018.

GDPR is a new data privacy law designed to give people more control over how their personal data is used and protected.

Micklands Pre-School collects, stores and processes personal information about you and your child to provide care and learning that is tailored to meet your child’s individual needs.  We comply with data protection law, and your data privacy and security are very important to us.

We have updated our ‘Privacy Notice for Parents’ to reflect the changes we have made to strengthen your privacy rights. This is part of our ongoing commitment to be transparent about how we use your data and keep it safe.
